International Popular Song Festival - 2025 ONLINE "YOUR SONG"

 

1. HOST

Centrum Artystyczne THE VOICE (NIP: 8212338943)

Festival Director: Patrycja Skalska

 

1. FESTIVAL OBJECTIVES:

- Popularization of entertainment songs in any language;

- Song performers integration;

- Presentation of the artistic achievements of the festival participants in the Internet space;

- Exchange of experiences and ideas in the field of work with artistically gifted people among instructors, educators, tutors.

- Promotion of gifted youth and artistically valuable repertoire;

 

3. CONTESTANTS:

The competition includes solo and group performances (groups start from duets) and will be organized by category.

 

Soloists:

5 - 7 years,

8 - 10 years old,

11 - 13 years old,

14 - 16 years old,

17-19 years old,

above 20 years.

Vocal bands/ Vocal-Instrumentals bands

to 12 years old (kids),

11 - 13 years old (kids),

13-17 years old (youth),

above 20 years (adults).

The contestant's year of birth decides about belonging to the selected age category. In the case of vocal groups - the year of birth of the majority of band members.

 

4. REPERTOIRE:

Soloists and bands are required to prepare one freely chosen song.

 

 

 

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE EDITION:

• The condition for participation is to register a soloist / group by correctly completing the application form on the website  https://www.yoursongfestiwal.com/ by 03.03.2025;

• Attaching a link to the recording uploaded to YouTube to the Form, the video can be unlisted;

• Sending the Application Form is tantamount to accepting the Regulations and consent to the processing of personal data by the organizer;

• Fulfilling the above conditions is necessary to participate in the Festival.

 

6. REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETITION RECORDINGS:

• The competition tape should be posted on your personal YouTube channel;

• The generated link to the video should be pasted in the designated field of the Application Form;

• The description of the video posted on YouTube must include: name and surname of the participant, age category, title of the piece performed, and a note - YOUR SONG 2025 ONLINE;

• The competition tape must be shot horizontally;

• It is not allowed to interfere with the recording by means of post-production, only LIVE recordings;

• The sound must be recorded „from the air”

• The participant is obliged to send his competition recording in the form of one shot without any audio-video editing;

• Competition films can be recorded with commonly available equipment, e.g. smartphone, tablet, camera.

 

 

7. PLACE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE STAGES:

 

International Entertainment Song Festival - 2025 ONLINE "YOUR SONG"  will take place in the ONLINE formula The festival will run until 27/04/2025. The festival consists of three stages: 

 

• Stage I: Receiving applications by March 3, 2025.

• Stage II: Publication of the list of contractors qualified for the Final by March 30, 2025.

 

Qualified Finalists are required to pay the accreditation in the amount of PLN 60 soloists,  duo 80 PLN vocal groups PLN 120 by 04/04/2025. Payment of the accreditation is obligatory to participate in the Final part of the Festival. Account number BANK  34 1050 1025 1000 0092 3898 6898 with the name and surname of the Finalist or the group in the title.

 

•  Stage III: Announcement of the results on April 27, 2025.

 

8. JURY:

• Festival participants will be judged by the Jury invited by the host from among teachers, composers, actors, singers, journalists, representatives of the organizer, and sponsors of the Festival;

• The jury will consider the following criteria:

• selection of the repertoire according to the age and skills of the performer, vocal qualities, own interpretation of the piece, musicality, artistic individuality and overall artistic expression

• All verdicts announced by the Jury are final and cannot be appealed.

 

 

9. AWARDS:

- In each category, the Jury may award 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and distinctions in the form of festival statuettes, diplomas, financial and material prizes, and special prizes;

- The jury has the opportunity to award the Festival's "Grand Prix";

- The jury can freely distribute the prizes.

 

• Festival participants will be judged by the Jury invited by the host from among teachers, composers, actors, singers, journalists, representatives of the organizer, and sponsors of the Festival;

• The jury will consider the following criteria:

• selection of the repertoire according to the age and skills of the performer, vocal qualities, own interpretation of the piece, musicality, artistic individuality and overall artistic expression (costume, styling, set design)

• All verdicts announced by the Jury are final and cannot be appealed.

 

 

10. FINAL PROVISIONS:

- In any disputes regarding the interpretation of these regulations, the organizer will finally settle;

- All doubts regarding the provisions of these regulations will be resolved based on the Polish text as only binding;

- In the event of a participant violating the rules of the Festival, the organizer has the right to disqualify the participant.
