2. FESTIVAL OBJECTIVES
●Promotion of popular music repertoire in any language
●Integration of the singing performers’ community
●Presentation of the artistic achievements of festival participants
●Exchange of experience and ideas concerning work with artistically gifted individuals among instructors, teachers, and guardians
●Promotion of talented youth and artistically valuable repertoire
3. PERFORMERS
The Competition is open to:
●Soloists
●Duos
●Vocal groups
(A vocal group consists of 3 to 8 members.)
The Festival will be held in the following age categories:
●up to 10 years of age
●11–13 years of age
●14–16 years of age
●17 years of age and above
Eligibility for a given age category is determined by the year of birth of the performer.
In the case of vocal groups, the year of birth of the majority of the members applies;
in the case of duos, the year of birth of the oldest participant is decisive.
4. REPERTOIRE
Soloists and groups are required to prepare one song in any language, excluding:
●carols and pastoral songs,
●winter- or holiday-themed songs,
●patriotic songs.
5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION – ONSITE EDITION 2026
Participation requires:
●Submission of a soloist/group application by correctly completing the
application form available at:
●https://www.yoursongfestiwal.com/
●no later than 01 March 2026;
●Attachment of a YouTube link to the recording in the application form;
●Submission of the application form constitutes acceptance of these
Regulations and consent to the processing of personal data and the use of
image by the Organizer;
●Fulfillment of all the above conditions is required to participate in the Festival.
6. REQUIREMENTS FOR FESTIVAL RECORDINGS
●The competition video must be uploaded to YouTube;
●The generated video link must be pasted into the designated field in the
application form;
●The YouTube video description must include:
●participant’s full name,
●age category,
●title of the performed song,
●note: YOUR SONG 2026 – ONSITE EDITION.
The Organizer does NOT allow:
1. Any post-production interference – recordings must be performed LIVE ONLY;
2. Combining separate audio tracks with video recordings;
3. Edited or montaged audio-video recordings – the performance must be
recorded in one continuous shot;
4. Use of professional equipment is not required – recordings may be made
using commonly available devices such as a phone, tablet, camera, or
camcorder.The Organizer reserves the right to request a new recording if there are doubts
whether the performance was recorded live.
If the applicant fails to respond, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the
participant.
7. VENUE AND FESTIVAL STAGES
The International Popular Song Festival “YOUR SONG” 2026 is held in an ONSITE
FORMAT.
The Festival will last until 18 April 2026 and consists of the following stages:
●Stage I: Submission of applications – until 01 March 2026;
●Stage II: Announcement of the list of Finalists qualified for the Festival – 08
March 2026;
●Stage III: Announcement of the list of SUPER FINALISTS qualified for live
auditions – 29 March 2026;
●Stage IV: Live auditions of SUPER FINALISTS – Grajewo Cultural Centre,
Saturday, 18 April 2026, from 10:00 a.m.;
●Stage V: Laureates’ Concert and Award Ceremony – Grajewo Cultural Centre,
18 April 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
Accreditation Fees
●Qualified Finalists are required to pay an accreditation fee of PLN 45 (the
same fee applies to soloists, duos, and vocal groups), payable by 10 March
2026.
Payment of the accreditation fee is mandatory to participate in the Final Stage of the
Festival.

Invoices are issued within 14 days of payment receipt.
●SUPER FINALISTS qualified for live auditions are required to pay an
accreditation fee of PLN 100.
8. JURY
●Festival participants will be evaluated by a Jury appointed by the Organizer,
consisting of educators, composers, actors, singers, journalists, and
representatives of the Organizer;
●The Jury will assess performances based on the following criteria:
●repertoire selection appropriate to the performer’s age and abilities,
●vocal qualities,
●individual interpretation of the song,
●musicality,
●artistic individuality and overall artistic expression,
●video presentation (costume, styling, scenography);
●All Jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
9. AWARDS
●In each category, the Jury may award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, SUPER
Distinctions, and Distinctions;
●The Jury will award cash prizes;
●Awards include the Festival Grand Prix, YOUR SONG Awards, and Festival
Director’s Awards;
●The Jury reserves the right to divide prizes at its own discretion.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
●Any disputes regarding the interpretation of these Regulations shall be
resolved by the Organizer, whose decision is final;
●Jury members do not conduct consultations with participants, their instructors,
or guardians;
●Any doubts regarding these Regulations shall be resolved based solely on the
Polish-language version, which is the only binding version;
●In the event of a participant’s violation of the Festival Regulations, the
Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant;

●Participation in the Festival is voluntary.
